The small size denture is: h 2 and w 2 to 2.25 (in inches) 

The medium size denture is: h 2.25 and w 2.25 to 2.5 (in inches) "As pictured"

The large denture is: h 2.25 and w 2.5 to 2.75 (in inches)

Lower:
The small denture is: h 1.75 and w 2 to 2.25 (in inches)
The medium denture is: h 1.75 and w 2.5 to 2.75 (in inches)
The large denture is: h 2 and w 2.75 (in inches)

The horseshoe is a u-shaped palate that may interfere with the suction, and you might need to use adhesive to make it stay..

I will be able to exchange them for smaller or larger size if the initial dentures are in their original form.
